All programs purchased from DC Training are complete and are designed specifically for each individual client. You are not merely purchasing “sessions”, but rather an entire plan that will lead you to the state of health and fitness you desire. Some of the factors taken into account are goals, previous experience, injuries/limitations, strengths, weakness, and availability. You will always know what to do, how to do it, and most importantly, why you are doing it.

Each program includes:

  • 55 Minute Training Sessions (Addressing Strength/Endurance/Mobility)
  • Monthly Movement and Body Composition Assessments
  • Nutrition Consultation and Meal Planning
  • Exercise Prescription For Independent Training Days
  • A Wealth of Experience and Knowledge That Will Allow You Create Your Own Programs

Terms And Conditions

  • No refunds after 3 business days from the date of purchase.
  • Sessions that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged at the full session rate unless due to an emergency.
  • 4, 8, and 16 session programs are valid for 6 months from their purchase date, while 24 and 48 session programs are valid for 1 year from purchase date.
